Dr. Winnie Lanoix has over 25 years experience in the field of human behavior seeking to enhance individual and organizational performance as a consultant, human resource professional, leadership coach and counseling psychologist. Dr. Lanoix's areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development, building team effectiveness, competency assessments, change management initiatives, facilitating training programs, career development, cross-cultural competence, multicultural team effectiveness and diversity. Dr. Lanoix has also spent over l0 years in various operations functions including executive director of an international company. Dr. Lanoix has a unique expertise working in both globalization and U.S. diversity arenas. She has conducted programs to help companies working globally and coached executives working in international assignments to be more effective in cross-cultural situations. On the U.S. Diversity front, Dr. Lanoix coached senior executives and diversity teams on the design and execution of comprehensive diversity initiatives. Dr. Lanoix is usually chosen as the executive coach to work with minorities to successfully negotiate organizational culture. Dr Lanoix has experience working on projects with diverse companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Wilmington Trust, Rhodia, MBNA, Merck, Sovereign Bank, Merck, Deloitte and Touche, GlaxoSmithKline, and American Express as well as institutions of higher education, healthcare organizations and human service agencies. Dr. Lanoix holds a B.A. from Tufts University, a Masters in Applied Human Development and organizational behavior from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University. She has taught graduate courses at St. Joseph, Temple University, Lehigh University and the University of Pennsylvania.
