The 14-member ELAM Consultation Alliance offers executive coaching and strategic career planning services to organizations and individuals. The Alliance grew from the members’ shared dedication to ELAM and the discovery of a common client environment. Each member works independently but also consults on behalf of the Alliance. Members are available to work individually or as teams to meet clients’ needs.
Members donate a percentage of their fees generated from Alliance work to ELAM, which is used to support ELAM’s annual Career Day for its Fellows.
